Learning Ladder preschool and Technix Academy recently hosted an Egg Toss Robotics and Minecraft Mania event at the La Cañada Unified School District Rotunda Room. Programmed robots collected eggs in a “robot arena” before tossing them in baskets.
Technix Academy is an educational partner with Learning Ladder, teaching kids coding, robotics and computer science. Four members of St. Francis’ Robotics team volunteered to help with the event and students on laptops enjoyed playing the Minecraft game.
Technix Academy was created by Nicholas Schwaegerlehner, a co-founder of the St. Francis Robotics team, which has achieved international recognition in VEX robotics competitions.
