Sixth-grader Ryan Avakian was La Cañada Elementary School’s principal for a day. He met with Principal Emily Blaney to discuss his tasks for the day, including visiting the classrooms, filming the 1st- and 4th- graders and making a video of them for a teacher appreciation project. He also made up the agenda for a staff meeting.
