Starting this week, the Bird Observation Station at Descanso Gardens is getting upgraded. The bird-watching structure, located in the botanical gardens’ Oak Woodland, is expected to reopen in October, according to a news release. A new waterfall feature will debut in November. Descanso Gardens is working in partnership with Pacific Outdoor Living on the project.
