The city of La Cañada Flintridge encourages residents to sign up for Alert LCF, the city’s emergency notification system.
Residents will receive alerts about emergencies and other important community news by signing up. The system enables the city to provide residents with critical information quickly in a variety of situations, such as severe weather, unexpected road closures, missing persons and evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods.
Those registered will receive time-sensitive messages wherever specified, including by home, mobile or business phones, email address, text messages and more.
