Sheriff’s Crime Report

Cigarettes and lottery tickets were stolen from a store in the 2300 block of Foothill Boulevard at about 4:55 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 20. Surveillance footage showed a man using a hammer to break the door, filling a grocery bag with the items and running away.

Several bottles of alcohol were stolen from a store in the 900 block of Town Center Drive at about 2:40 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19. Surveillance footage showed two men exiting a white Jeep Cherokee, taking the bottles and then leaving without paying.

A locked vehicle parked in the Angeles National Forest was burglarized sometime between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24. The driver-side door keyhole was punched in and the owner’s wallet was stolen. One of his debit cards was later used in an attempt to make a fraudulent purchase.
