A burglary occurred on the 700 block of Forest Green Drive at about 5 p.m. on Oct. 11. Deputies determined that suspects were able to enter the residence by breaking a glass sliding door in the rear of the home. Witnesses provided CCTV footage via their home security system and reported seeing suspicious activity from a 2014 Honda Civic.

A woman was burglarized while shopping at a business on the 600 block of Foothill Boulevard at about 1:45 p.m. on Oct. 12. She stated that her purse was in a shopping cart when unknown suspects stole her wallet, phone and other items. Deputies noted the suspect is between 30 and 40 years old and is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall.

Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s deputies responded to a vandalism report on the 2100 block of Foothill Boulevard. The victim told law enforcement that she parked her vehicle at the location at 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 15, returning 25 minutes later to find her front passenger window was shattered. Deputies noted that the vehicle was not ransacked, and no items were missing.

Deputies responded to a residential burglary report on the 5000 block of Alta Canyada Road. Between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Oct. 16, unknown suspects entered the home by shattering a rear glass door. While the victims were out shopping, suspects ransacked the home, stealing a Nintendo Switch. Officers located a blood smear and fingerprints in the residence for analysis.

A home on the 5200 block of Gould Avenue was burglarized on at 5 p.m. on Oct. 16. The victim was not home when suspects shattered a glass window leading into the home’s accessory dwelling unit. An interior door which led into the rest of the house remained locked, but bedrooms in the unit were ransacked. Officials were unable to determine if any items were stolen.
