The St Francis High School battery of senior Lucas Dixon left and junior Brody Ruyle will look to help the Golden Knights reach the postseason for the first time since 2011 with a strong finish this month

ST. FRANCIS

The Golden Knights have been idle since losing at Chaminade High in West Hills, 1-0, in a Mission League game on March 31.
SFHS has enjoyed modest success this season despite dropping four of its last five contests. The Golden Knights’ fifth-place standing in league with a 7-8 record (10-10 overall) is a vast improvement from last year’s 4-14 finish (6-22 overall).
The Golden Knights could punch their first postseason ticket since 2011 with a strong finish to the regular season against Crespi High of Encino and Notre Dame High of Sherman Oaks later this month.
