La Cañada Flintridge Sister Cities and the city of LCF co-sponsored a Spanish-themed community gathering at City Hall last week.
Sister Cities members Lynne Graves, Mindy DiPaola, Michelle Sabourin, Elysa Del Guercio, Sheri Morton, Gina Ricci and Ooty Moorehead orchestrated the event, which featured more than 25 local merchants and community groups.
Mayor Rick Gunter introduced new City Manager Dan Jordan, who enjoyed the warm community welcome.
Specially-commissioned original paintings of City Hall and Lanterman House by renown Spanish artist Javier Montesol were presented to the city by LCF Sister Cities.
