ALFie Players Let It Go to Disney’s ‘Frozen’

The stage at Lanterman Auditorium will soon be transformed into a winter wonderland filled with adventure and plenty of humor as a cast of 30 actors sing and dance their way through the magical land of Arendelle.
ALFie Players, local students in grades 3 through 6, will present a special kids adaptation of Disney’s “Frozen” on Friday, Oct. 6, at 7 p.m. This Assistance League of Flintridge drama presentation is based on the popular animated movie.
Audience members can expect to be immersed in the heartwarming tale of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven, and all the “Frozen” characters as they embark on their epic, ice-filled journey that encourages attendees to sing along to their favorite songs, such as “Let It Go,” “In Summer” and “Love Is an Open Door.”
The young cast will perform under the direction of ALF drama director, Katelyn Fike, with Tristan Waldron as assistant director. Nancy Abbott serves as the musical director, who assists with the vocal numbers and provides piano accompaniment.
The Lanterman Auditorium is located at 4491 Cornishon Ave. Admission is free. For more information, visit ALFlintridge.org or call (818) 790-2211.
