La Cañada Elementary School hosted its annual Book Fair to kick off the holidays.
The doors opened early for parents and students to browse, shop and enjoy doughnuts. The big sellers were “The Babysitters Club” series, as well as “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” and “Dogman” series.
Parent volunteers greeted shoppers and rang up sales. The event was chaired by Tricia Riesberg.
