Spartan Community Basketball, a youth not-for-profit recreational league run by local volunteers, held its “Championship Monday” games on March 4. The league’s goal is to promote self-confidence, sportsmanship, discipline, effort and teamwork. “We look to serve as many young people as possible from La Cañada Flintridge and surrounding communities, and to foster a love of fitness and basketball,” a league spokesperson said.
Boys Grades 3-4 Champs:
