Visual art, poetry and ceramic art submissions are now open for La Cañada Congregational Church’s 3rd annual Creative Arts Scholarship Awards on the theme of “Peace Together.”
Three $500 scholarships will be awarded to high school students, and three $500 scholarships will be awarded to area college students.
Students in seventh and eighth grades are eligible for the Emerging Artist Award of $100 in each category. The deadline for submissions is May 17, and the winning artwork will be featured at the LCCC Peace Together Festival and Concert on Sunday, June 2.
