Outstanding 6th grade students from La Cañada Elementary, Palm Crest Elementary and Paradise Canyon Elementary were announced as Kiwanis Club Terrific Kids at their school sites.
In their classrooms, the students were recognized as being examples of good citizenship, positive attitude and good character.
The celebratory lunch event scheduled for May 1 will welcome all honored students, their families, community leaders and Kiwanis Club members.
