La Cañada Elementary’s PTA is excited to welcome the school community back for the 2022-2023 school year. Last year, as we successfully returned to in-person learning, we were able to reconnect with our LCE community through volunteer opportunities, student activities and enrichment, as well as family events. We are looking forward to continuing to do more of the same this year.
Our annual Halloween Haunt, will be taking place on Oct. 29. This is LCE’s largest and most important fundraiser of the year. Mark your calendars and join us for a day filled with games, food, activities and fun. Like all of our events, this will not be successful without volunteers. Join the team and let’s make this Halloween Haunt unforgettable for our kids.
LCE PTA is constantly blessed with the support of our families, both financially as well as through the gift of talent and time. Due to this generosity, our PTA is able to fund enrichment opportunities such as Artrageous Adventures and STEM. Additionally, PTA organizes activities throughout the year such as Red Ribbon Week, assemblies, Community Read-In and family events.
Learn more about these activities and connect with the LCE community by attending our monthly PTA meetings, signing up for our weekly Lion Times newsletter at https://lacanadalcepta.membershiptoolkit.com, or finding volunteer opportunities that work with your schedule. I look forward to a fantastic year together. Feel free to contact me at president@lcepta.org if you have any questions. I hope to meet you in person soon.
