The 3rd-graders in Greg Hardash’s class at Paradise Canyon Elementary School recently read the book “Molly’s Pilgrim” — a story of a 3rd-grade girl, who moved with her family from Russia to America. Students identified a relative who had also come from another country and asked them about their journey.
Using a clothespin, they made a doll of the relative, showing them in the clothing they would have worn in their native country.
