A home in the 5200 block of Gould Avenue was burglarized around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31. The owner was awoken by the sound of glass breaking in her kitchen area and saw two people running away from her den, through the kitchen and outside. The den and bedroom were ransacked, but it was not immediately clear what, if anything, was stolen.

A home in the 700 block of Lynn Haven Lane was broken into at about 8 p.m. Monday, March 28, while the owner was out of town. The upper bedroom glass door was shattered and the dresser drawers were open, though it was not immediately known whether anything was stolen.

A home in the 500 block of Princess Anne Road was broken into on Wednesday, March 30, sometime between 7 and 10 p.m. The front door was found unlocked and a glass door to the bedroom was shattered. The interior of the house was ransacked, but it was not immediately clear what, if anything, was stolen.

A lawnmower was stolen from the bed of a truck parked in the 500 block of Indianola Way at 3:25 p.m. Friday, April 1. Two men reportedly cut the chain securing the lawnmower and moved it to their vehicle before driving away.

A man tried to shoplift several baseball hats from a store in the 600 block of Foothill Boulevard at 5:25 p.m. Friday, April 1. When an employee approached the man as he was nearing the exit and identified herself as a loss-prevention worker, he gave her the merchandise.

The window of a vehicle parked in the 2100 block of La Cañada Crest Drive was shattered on Friday, April 1, sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
