Adam Ruiz helped the La Cañada High School wrestling teams sweep Monrovia last Tuesday. The Spartans boys’ varsity won 67-15 and the girls were victorious, 78-0. LCHS only lost two matches across 28 weight classes. The Spartans boys, who are ranked No. 4 in the CIF-SS Division 4 poll, improved their record to 18-3. Meanwhile, the LCHS girls have an 8-6 record.
