A couple’s vehicle was burglarized while they were shopping in the 5000 block of Stoneglen Road on Jan. 29 at approximately 6 p.m. When they returned to their vehicle, the pair drove away unaware of any suspicious activity; however, the following day, one of the victims recalled leaving her purse on the front passenger side of the vehicle before shopping, which she discovered to be missing. The purse contained a wallet with a driver’s license, health insurance card and various credit/debit/gift cards, as well as miscellaneous keys, money and a personal check.

Two male suspects were found in the backyard of a residence in the 3000 block of Alta Vista Drive on Jan. 30 at 3:58 p.m. The suspects were seen fleeing in an awaiting vehicle, with a third suspect inside, which drove northbound on Alta Vista Drive.
CCTV footage later revealed that the two suspects had climbed over the northern side gate into the backyard. Afterward, one of the suspects located the CCTV camera and repositioned it and then both proceeded to enter both the garage and main residence and fled holding unidentified items.
One suspect was described as wearing a gray hooded sweater, black sweatpants, blue gloves and a ski mask, while the other suspect was described as wearing a black hooded sweater, gray sweatpants, brown gloves and a ski mask. The third suspect in the getaway vehicle did not have a description.
