St. Bede Offers Italian Classes

After a two-year hiatus, the Italian Catholic Federation branch at St. Bede the Venerable Church in La Cañada Flintridge has announced that on-site Italian classes will begin on Saturday, May 6, and will continue for six Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon, in the Parish Center at 215 Foothill Blvd.
The course in conversational Italian will be conducted by native Italian instructor Laura Godio, who brings years of experience to this fun-filled learning for adults. The course is open to all residents of the Crescenta Valley. No previous knowledge of the language is required but those with some language background will benefit from the program.
Registration fee of $135 for on-site learning and includes all classroom materials. The course will offer many opportunities to practice pronunciation under the guidance of Godio. The class is limited to 20 participants. Registration should be made by contacting Raul Acevedo at (818) 504-4908.
