It was an exciting day for the 1st-graders at Palm Crest Elementary School, where students have been studying the history of teddy bears.
The children wrote a paragraph about what they have learned and made their own teddy bears. Afterward, parents and grandparents were invited to join them for a Teddy Bear Picnic.
