Lutheran Church Chooses VBS Theme: ‘Weird Animals’

Lutheran Church in the Foothills invites local children to join the fun this summer as LCIF hosts Vacation Bible School with the theme “Weird Animals: Take a Walk on the Wild Side.”
VBS will be held June 19-23 from 9 a.m. to noon.
It is open to children ages 4 through 6th grade. Registration is $35 for one child and $25 each for two or more kids.
There will be lots of singing, dancing, crafts and games, all centered on learning about God in new ways. Families are encouraged to register online through LCIF’s website or call the church’s office for more information.
LCIF would also like to remind the community of its weekly Sunday school for children in 1st through 4th grades. Families should meet in the sanctuary for the 10 a.m. worship service. Following the “children’s sermon,” the kids will head to the Youth Room for crafts, games and a message from the Bible.
All are welcome to join LCIF each Sunday morning for worship with Rev. Chuck Bunnell at 10 a.m., in person and online.
Visit lcifoothills.org for event details. For more information or to request/offer help, email office@lcifoothills.org, or call (818) 790-1951. The church is located at 1700 Foothill Blvd. in La Cañada Flintridge. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday.
