Palm Crest Elementary Principal David Santiago-Speck and PTA President Jennifer Wolpert recently welcomed new families to the school community with sweet, icy treats to beat the heat.
PTA Board members gave out new Panther tee shirts to new students with a choice of ice cream and popsicle novelties.
Santiago-Speck also gave families a tour of the school to make them feel at home.
