Did you know that the city of La Cañada Flintridge keeps track of all business solicitations issued in the city?
The city has generated a master list that allows residents to stay informed regarding the legitimacy of door-to-door solicitors to enhance transparency and protect the community.
The La Cañada Flintridge Municipal Code mandates that, “No person shall solicit for any purpose within the city of La Cañada Flintridge without having first obtained:
- A permit from the city, except where a solicitation permit has been issued to any applicant, the individual agents and solicitors for such applicant shall not be required to obtain individual permits.
- A valid business license in accordance with Title 6 of this municipal code. (Ord. 475 § 2, 2019)
