It was a sea of blue and gold as La Cañada Elementary School students wore their Lions shirts for the February spirit rally.
The rainy weather did not stop the event, they just moved it inside. Principal Kelly Duncan welcomed everyone and introduced the Student Council, which took over the hosting duties.
At the event, the 2024 Founders Day recipients were announced, as well as students who received Paws for Praise acknowledgments. To everyone’s delight, LCE’s Leo the Lion also attended.
