Palm Crest Elementary recently hosted a spirit rally that called for students to dress up like their favorite teacher or the principal. The theme was a hit with students.
At the festive event, the school introduced Parker, the PCR Panther, to the student body as its new mascot. Prior to Parker’s arrival, there had only been a stuffed panther.
The school also honored the Students of the Month for caring for their peers, as well as students who were “caught being good kids.”
