Palm Crest Elementary School 1st-graders recently celebrated Dr. Seuss Day. They enjoyed a breakfast of green eggs and ham, of course, with delicious English muffins and cinnamon sugar. Dr. Seuss’ “The Cat in the Hat” hats were made by students. Dr. Seuss books were read to the students to complete the experience.
