Palm Crest Elementary recently participated in Kindness Week — a national program that schools can customize to their student population — which empowers students to create a culture of kindness by demonstrating compassion, extending their gratitude and putting their love into action.
Last year, more than 36,000 schools participated. Some of PCR’s themes of the week, included “Kindness Is a Superhero,” “Kindness Is a Superpower” and “Kindness Ties Us Together.”
