Lutheran Church in the Foothills Hosts Soup Supper Wednesdays

Lutheran Church in the Foothills invites the community to attend its Soup Supper Wednesday services during this season of Lent.
Lent is a 40-day period during which Christians remember the events leading up to and including the death of Jesus Christ.
Lent is a time of reflection and of asking for forgiveness. Ultimately, it is a preparation to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection at the feast of Easter.
LCIF will have a soup supper each Wednesday beginning at 6 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Lenten worship with Pastor Rick Hall will follow at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary. The Wednesday evening suppers and worship will take place through March 20.
Visit lcifoothills.org for event details, including small group gatherings and opportunities to serve. For more information or to request or offer help, email office@lcifoothills.org, or call (818) 790-1951. The church is located at 1700 Foothill Blvd. in La Cañada Flintridge. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday.
