National Night Out at Local Sheriff’s Station
The Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station is preparing to host a National Night Out event on Tuesday, Aug. 1, from 5 to 9 p.m. in the station’s parking lot.
The event will welcome a variety of local public safety agencies and businesses, including the Los Angeles County Fire Department, California Highway Patrol – Altadena, Angeles National Forest, the local Veterans of Foreign Wars group and Ralphs.
The station will have displays from units, such as patrol, Explorers, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Montrose Search and Rescue Team, Disaster Communication Services, Community Emergency Response Team and volunteers.
