St. Bede to Host Mental Health Discussion May 8
St. Bede the Venerable Catholic Church invites youth and their families to join an interactive discussion with Joe Sikorra, a licensed therapist, radio host, author, former police officer, actor and stuntman on Sunday, May 8, following Mass.
Guests can expect to learn about important coping tools to handle life’s difficulties and struggles and various issues such as depression, anxiety, stress and suicide, which have increased for many young adults during the pandemic.
The session will also discuss the important role faith plays in dealing with mental health.
